Document Description
Plant trees and install temporary irrigation along the SB onramp to Interstate 5 off Lake Blvd. SR299 in Redding. This is a follow-up landscape project to revegetate and stabilize the soil. This work falls inside the environmental study limits (ESL) of previous 02-0C680. The project is needed for this segment of I-5 to meet minimum standards for Landscaped Freeway classification (CCR Outdoor Advertising Regulations, Title 4, Division 6). The purpose of the project is to increase the "designated landscaped freeway" segments within the City of Redding boundaries.
