Document Description
The North Watt Avenue Corridor Plan is a land use plan that is intended to guide infill growth and public improvements within the plan area within a planning horizon of 20 years. The Corridor Plan is divided into specific components, including plans for land use, urban design, circulation, public realm design, and infrastructure within the North Watt Avenue plan area. The Corridor planning area is to contain three districts. Development within each district will guided by specific development standards intended to regulate future development patterns and densities.
