Proposed project would include rezoning the property from Public Facilities (PF) and Intensive Use (IU) to Planned Development (PD), a General Plan Amendment, A Master Plan/Unit Plan, and a Tentative Map to develop 100 single family homes and future 15,000 sf of office space. The 100 two story single family homes range from 3 bedroom at 1,450 sf to 5 bedroom at 2,100 sf. The project will also include a 14,000 sf open space area at the center of the project.
