Document Description
District proposes to build a transportation facility on a 7.10 acre parcel adjacent to the Avery Middle School. The disturbed area would comprise ~2.0 acres with an ~9,000 sf pre-engineered, lightweight, one story metal structure with a concrete slab-on-grade floor situated slightly above the final exterior grade. The balance of the constructed area around the building would be used for bus parking, an attached lean-to wash rack and double contained, concrete vault, 4,000 gallon diesel fueling facilities with surrounding bollards and emergency fuel shutoff controls.
