The project proposes construction of the Collier Avenue Apartments to provide 50 dwelling units consisting of seven 3 story residential buildings, one 1 story community center with an office and one maintenance building with an office, landscaping, installation of curbing, gutters, sidewalks, and parking areas. The project is proposed to be built in 2 phases. Phase I is proposed to include the construction of 32 units in four 3 story residential buildings to be built in 2 layouts. Two buildings in the "A" layout are proposed to contain: 2 one bedroom units, 6 two bedroom units, and 2 three bedroom units. Two buildings in the B layout are proposed to contain: 3 one bedroom units and 3 three bedroom units.
Phase II is proposed to include construction of 18 units and three 3 story residential buildings, built in two layouts. One building in the "B" layout is proposed to contain: 3 one bedroom units and 3 two bedroom units. Two buildings in the "B" Hybrid layout is proposed to contain 3 one bedroom units, 2 three bedroom units, and 1 four bedroom unit. The 1 bedroom units are 651 sf, the 2 bedroom units range from 856 to 1,184 sf, the 3 bedroom units will range from 1,073 to 1,185 sf and the four bedroom units 1,385 sf.
