Document Description
The project inlcudes earthmoving activities, and the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures associated with the existing associated with the existing 1.55 acres of vineyard and the construction of 279 gross acres of new vineyard (+/- 3.52 net acres total) within a 20.0 acres holding. The project proposes the installation of vineyard within five blocks with topography ranging from gentle to steepy sloping (slopes typically 5% to 40%, avergaing 20.5%) annual non-native grassland and oak woodland at elevations between ~210 and 355 ft above mean sea level.
