Document Description
NOTE: Review Per Lead Woodbridge Irrigation District would sell and deliver to the City of Stockton up to 6,500 acre ft of water per year during the months of March through July of each year, to be diverted from the Mokelumne River under WID's pre-1914 water rights, plus up to an additional 6,500 acre ft annually, conditioned upon Stockton's future annexation of agricultural lands within WID which are as a result taken out of agricultural production. The water being sold to Stockton is available as a result of water use conservation practices and conversion of agricultural lands to urban uses within WID. Water should be diverted at Woodbridge Dam and conveyed to Stockton via WID's existing canal system, with improvements being made to the Wilkerson Lateral canal, and delivered to Stockton's planned new Delta Water Supply Project Treatmant Plant, for use by the City of Stockton.
