NOTE: Review Per Lead Demolish the existing restroom building, children's play area, and pathways, and remove vegetation and perform minor grading. Construct a baseball/soccer field and associated improvements in the southern portion of the project site, park amenities (restroom/concession building, children's play structure, picnic areas, open lawn area, barbeque pits, and bocce ball court) in the northern portion of the site, and add up to 10 parking spaces to the existing parking lot located northwest of the project site. In addition, the project would include ADA accessible pathways, utility upgrades, irrigation, and landscaping. The baseball/soccer field would be used ~1,000 to 1,200 hours per year, primarily weekday evenings and weekends. The field would be illuminated as late as 10:30 pm on nights the playing field is used.
