Reclassify 3.0 acres from Rural Residential Agricultural, 40 acre minimum parcel size (RRB40) to the Rural Residential Agricultural, 5 acre minimum parcel size (RRB5) zone district and 4.0 acres from the RRB5 to the Rural Residential Agricultural, 2.5 acres minimum parcel size (RRB2.5) zone district. Upon zone change approval, the 185.0 acre project site would be subdivided into 7 lots, where sewage disposal services would be provided by individual on-site septic systems and water services would be provided by individual on-site domestic wells.
