Document Description
At the request of the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), the City of Hercules concurred with the following actions taken by the City of Pinole for the Pinole-Hercules Water Pollution Control Plant Upgrade: (i) certification of the 2010 Pinole-Hercules Water Pollution Control Plant Upgrade Project Environmental Impact Report and adoption of Mitigation Monitoring & Reporting Program and Statement of Overriding Considerations (collectively, the "2010 EIR"); (ii) preparation, circulation and adoption of the Revised Addendum Number One to the 2010 EIR and associated Revised Mitigation Monitoring & Reporting Program, and reaffirmation of its previously-adopted Statement of Overriding Consideration for the 2013 Water Pollution Control Plant Improvement Project (collectively, the "Revised Addendum Number One Project"); and (iii) filing of a Notice of Determination for the Revised Addendum Number One with the Contra Costa County Clerk and the State Office of Planning & Research; as such actions are described in the City of Hercules City Council Resolution No. 15-019, dated March 10, 2015 on file with the Hercules City Clerk at 111 Civic Drive, Hercules California 94547.
