The project applicant is requesting approval of a Minor Land Division to divide a parcel, measuring 15.2 acres into 3 parcels (Parcels 4A, 4B, and 4C). Parcel A would measure ~4.7 acres, Parcel 4B would be ~4.8 acres, and Parcel 4C would be ~5.5 acres.
Water Service for the project site would be provided wells on site. Wastewater service would be provided by sewer Maintenance District 1 via an existing sewer pipeline that runs through the property.
