Document Description
The request is for approval of a private use airport consisting of a 1,212 sf hangar building, a concrete taxiway/helipad, a 600 gallon above-ground fuel tank, and driveway access. The private use airport would serve a Bell 206B3 helicopter. The helipad would be for personal use, and in support of ranching and viticulture operations on Seven Hills Land and Cattle Co. LLC land holdings in the vicinity of the project site, and potentially in support of emergency aircraft. The project site is restricted by a Williamson Act contract. The applicant seeks the approval of the private use airport in order to address code compliance issues.
