Document Description
Use Permit application of Steve Herrlinger proposing to construct private railroad-car bridge within 100 yr flood plain across Deer Creek and to remove 2 unpermitted bridge structures. Project includes road improvements at point of bridge access, and a Manamgement Plan application to mitigate encroachment into Deer Creek, its adjacent wetlands, and the 100 ft setback from the 100 yr floodplain. One footing will be placed in wetlands within the creek bed and brush clearing will occur in the riparian area. Project mitigation includes removal of unpermitted wet ford and bridge footings.
