Document Description
The Project consists of the construction and operation of an industrial manufacturing facility on non-contiguous areas of land totaling 12.96 acres. The Project includes construction and operation of an electrochemical unit (ECU) plant and a bleach plant. The ECU plant would be leased and used by Dow Chemical for the production of electrochemical units. The Applicant would own and operate the bleach plant.
