Document Description
Approval of the Downtown Streetscape project. The project is located in the southeast portion of the city and encompasses all of the streets in the "Downtown Core" area. The project includes improvements to Second Street, Oak Street, Chestnut Street, Brentwood Boulevard, Maple Street and Pine Street, to be completed in 4 separte phases. Proposed improvements include widening sidewalks, converting angled parking to parallel parking, installing new street furnishings, and adding landscaped medians, street lighting and a gateway landmark.
