Pursuant to Public Utilities Code §§ 1201 and 1202 and Rules 3.7 and 3.9 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, this decision authorizes the California High-Speed Rail Authority (CHRSA) to construct two high-speed rail tracks with two underpass grade-separated crossings under those tracks at CHSRA milepost (MP) 215.67, at 9th Avenue, and MP 216.09, at Cairo Avenue, in Kings County.
