Pursuant to Public Utilities Code §§ 1201 and 1202, this decision authorizes the California High-Speed Rail Authority to construct five new overpass grade-separated crossings over two proposed high-speed rail tracks at Dover Avenue, Hanford-Armona Road, Houston Avenue, Idaho Avenue, and Jackson Avenue, and one underpass grade-separated crossing under two proposed high-speed rail tracks at Grangeville Boulevard, all located in Kings County.
