Document Description
Pursuant to Public Utilities Code §§ 1201 and 1202, this decision authorizes the California High-Speed Rail Authority to construct two high-speed rail tracks as overpass grade-separated highway-rail crossings and certain underpass grade separation structures at E. North Avenue (Milepost 195.45) and S. Cedar Avenue (Milepost 195.66), in the City of Fresno, California. Specifically, the existing roadways at both locations will remain at-grade.The proposed crossings will involve construction of two mainline tracks above-grade on viaducts, as elevated structures above those existing roadways,with construction of certain underpass grade separation structures underneath the new elevated structures.
