Document Description
Proposed project would construct approx. 5 miles of the CA High Speed Train System, south from Fresno Station, as the first section of the Fresno to Bakersfield part of the HST system. The Final EIR/EIS for the Fresno to Bakersfield project was approved by the lead agency on April 18, 2014. This NOD accepts this Final EIR/EIS only as it applies to CP1c, for resources subject to the Water Boards' authorities.
