Document Description
The California High Speed Rail Authority Governing Board approved, via Resolution #HSRA 18-17, a high speed train alignment, and associated facilities, from just north of Polar Avenue in Kern County south to the intersection of 34th Street and L Street in Bakersfield, including a station at F Street, as shown on Exhibit AA to Resolution #HSRA 18-17 (such Exhibit AA is attached hereto). The project was evaluated in a Supplemental EIR certified by the Authority Governoring Board via Resolution #HSRA 18-16. The Board took these actions at a publicly noticed meeting held on October 16, 2018.
