Document Description
The permit is to replace the lid of an existing utility vault in Caltrans right-of-way, outside the guardrail of the south clear recovery zone of westbound State Route 180. The installation would require a crane to perform the work from the highway shoulder to remove and install the new vault lid. No excavation is required. The work would be done at night, and would require closure of the #4 westbound land and the Fulton westbound off-ramp.
