Utilities are being relocated and updated east of the SR43 and SR137 (Whitley Ave) intersection. The work would encroach on Caltrans right-of-way in three locations along SR137. PG&E would conduct the following work at each site: Site-1 - Drilling horizontally under the highway (SR137) for approximately 60 feet. Site-3 - Drilling horizontally under the highway (SR137) approximately 75 feet, and install pole and anchor.
