Document Description
To the east of SR 99, the proposed San Joaquin River Viaduct begins north of the San Joaquin River and ends north of Herndon Avenue. The SR 99 Herndon Ave On-Ramp will be reconstructed on a new alignment to provide 52 feet of horizontal clearance from the ETW of the ramp to the proposed bents for the SJRV.
