- To the east of SR 99, the proposed San Joaquin River Viaduct beings north of the San Joaquin River and ends north of Herndon Ave. Near the existing SR 99 NB on-ramp, the viaduct spans over the existing UPRR tracks. The foundations for a total of eleven columns of the San Joaquin River Viaduct that are within the Caltrans Right of Way will be constructed as part of the San Joaquin River Viaduct - ESOC submittal (Foundations only).
