This encroachment permit application is for AT&T to enter onto the State Highway System to perform cable work by accessing an existing AT&T Manhole (MH) 772 located in Caltrans right-of-way at post mile 28.138 on State Route 99 near Shaw Avenue crossing. The work includes removing and replacing existing cables, and to place, maintain and remove construction area signs to manage traffic control. No permanent improvements would be installed within the State Highway System.
