Document Description
The Project site consists of the replacement of one (1) 1,500 gallon septic tank with three (3) 5,000 gallon septic tanks and seepage pit expansion on 3.53 acres at 19533 McLane Street. The facility is owned and operated by Riverside County's Economic Development Agency (EDA) for the purpose of providing shelter care and assistance to the homeless. Surrounding land uses consist of an existing industrial/commercial building to the north, a vacant-graded undeveloped pad to the east, Interstate 10 freeway to the south, and vacant undeveloped land to the west.
