Document Description
Ponderosa Way Assessment and Sediment Reduction Plan Phase I and Phase II Implementation Project 2017112034 The proposed project consists of applications for a specific plan (SP 2017-187) and Change of Zone (CZ 2017-188) to establish a master-planned, medium density residential community (3.3-5.7 dwelling units per acre) with freeway-oriented commercial uses on an approx 331-acre site. In addition, applications for three tentative tract maps and a development agreement are anticipated to be filed with the city prior to public review of the EIR to implement SP 2017-187. Approval of these applications would allow for development of the subject property with up to 1,080 dwelling units on lot sizes ranging from 5,000 sf to 7,000 sf, up to 225,000 sf of freeway-oriented commercial uses, and a 12.9-acre sports park.
