Document Description
Specific Plan No. 2009-25 proposes a land use plan, infrastructure plans, design guidelines, and development standards to guide the specific development of the 333.6-acre site under jurisdiction of the City of Menifee. SP No. 2009-25 would accommodate 284 Medium Density Residential units on 63.1 acres; 641 Medium High Density Residential units on 99.3 acres; 331 High Density Residential units on 39.1 acres; 348 Highest Density Residential units on 15.2 acres; parks, recreation, paseos, and open space land uses on 42.6 acres; a 23.8-acre mixed use area that could accommodate a combination of business park, commercial, office, public facility, and/or up to 208 Highest Density Residential units; and master plan roadways on approximately 50.5 acres.
