Document Description
Drilling and operation of a new municipal water well. A 12 ft wide access from State Highway 246. The well structures will be placed on a pad at a finished floor elevation of 118 ft. The project site is located adjacent to the Santa Ynez River on upland, with upland chaparral and ruderal vegetation dominating. The well compoun will be ~3,520 sf in size, having a length of 80 ft and a width of 44 ft. A 9 ft by 12 ft fiberglass, foam insulated electrical/telemetry building and a 9 ft by 12 ft fiberglass foam insulated pump building are proposed within the compound. Each structure will be ~8.5 ft tall. An 8 ft high wall will surround the structures. Water lines will extend to the north to connect to existing lines in North Avenue.
