Document Description
The proposed project is a request to establish a weekend retreat facility for up to 150 members of an Evangelical Church known as the Jesuscristo es la Repuesta from Oakland, CA. The main use of the retreat facility is for various groups within the church to spend time outside of the city in a secluded area where they can hold seminars, prayer services, classes, along with outdoor recreational activities. The project includes the conversion and expansion of an existing barn to a conference building, the construction of an attached restroom and shower facility, a recreation area, and two campsite areas. The existing barn is ~4,200 sf, with a proposed expansion of 3,977 sf including the loft area, and shower and restroom facility.
