The project involves a Conditional Use Permit (City File No. PHG 09-0008) for the construction of a proposed unmanned wireless communication facility consisting of a 25 ft high faux broadleaf tree with 3 panel antennas mounted at ~22 ft. The supporting equipment cabinets would be located within a new ~6 ft by 13 ft chain-link fence enclosure with a concrete pad, and the faux tree would be located immediately behind the enclosure area (on the east). Landscaping and irrigation would be installed around the equipment area, along with a small 50 gallon water tank to support the landscaping.
