Document Description
NOTE: Recirculated Renovate and expand an existing single-family residence on the Historic Register and add an additional un-attached single-family residence, on the site. The existing structure is identified on the City's Historic Resources Inventory as "E" for an "Exceptional" historic rated building. The existing dwelling is 1,577 sf, two-story and includes a detached two-car garage. The lot is ~5,000 sf and has street frontage on both Ocean Way and Pearl Street. The project includes 1)a 43 sf addition to the existing historic structure and 2) construction of a new detached residence that is ~1,600 sf with an attached two-car garage.
