Document Description
The proposed project is the annexation of +/- 74.17 acres into the Mariposa Public Utility District service boundaries. The property is presently in two zones and land uses of the Mariposa Town Planning Area Town Plan. Figure 2 is a map of the zoning/land use. The Professional Office Zone extends for a depth of ~32 ft along the State Highway frontage, encompassing ~+/- .5 acres. The vast majority of the property, +/- 72.98 acres, is in the Single Family Residential, 1/2 (SFR-1/2) Acre zone and land use. No residential subdivision development is proposed with this annexation. The annexation area is uninhabited. No buildings, structures, or any other physical change is proposed. Water and sewer mains could be constructed to provide service to the site.
