Document Description
The proposed project is anticipated to consist of the development of an approximately 424,427 sf high-cube warehouse distribution center building. The proposed project would include demolition and removal of approximately 29,011 sf of existing structures, as well as the merger of ten parcels into one parcel. Addendum to the specific plan update and annexation the Southwest Industrial Park Specific Plan Area Program EIR.
