NOTE: Review per lead October 29, 2009; Reference SCH# 1983091904 The Project proposes to comprehensive amendment to the original Specific Plan previously adopted in 1983 (and subsequently amended through 2008). In addition, the project proposes to annex an additional 472 acres (Almond Avenue Annexation Area). The total expansion will include an additional 1,318 acres from previous and proposed annexations, resulting in a total Project area of 3,110.7 acres. As part of this Specific Plan update a new land use plan would be created, as well as modifications and revisions to allowable uses, design guidelines, and development standards that govern new development within this area.
