Document Description
The proposed Arrow Reservoirs Project ("Project") would construct two 3.0 million gallon (MG) above ground steel water reservoirs to achieve the required 6.0-MG storage in the Upper Baldwin Park Pressure Zone. The Project is located in the City of Irwindale on property immediately north of the Joanbridge Plant. The proposed project consists of: (1) two 3.0 million gallon (MG) above ground steel reservoirs, surrounding tank pad and related drainage features, which would involve shallow excavation; (2) underground piping connecting the new reservoirs to the existing Joanbridge Plant immediately to the south across Live Oak Avenue for distribution; (3) two paved access driveways; and (4) enclosing the project site with fencing and installation of other security features. Off-site improvements. Limited to the installation of underground pipelines, would also be constructed within the City of Baldwin Park.
