Document Description
The City of Redlands has requested funding to upgrade their existing Hinckley Water Treatment Plant to to provide enhanced coagulation. The upgrade will allow the system to continually meet the USEPA State 2 Disinfectants/Disinfection Byproduct Regulations. The upgrade will include the mobilization, construction, and installation of an influent meter and mixing structure, flocculation and settling basin, filters, washwater recovery, packaged system for filter wastewater recovery, sludge lagoons, chemical storage and feed systems, agate reservoir, electrical, and preparation of a storm water prevention plan.
