The project does not propose specific capital improvement projects to the transportation/transit system but establishes strategies within the entire downtown San Diego transportation network and connected mobility corridors. To achieve the transit ridership goals, the study sought to establish potential project features that incorporate key elements defined in the Mobility Strategy. The potential project features that could possibly be implemented under the Mobility Strategy include: - Roadways, - Commuter rail, - Light rail, - Bus rapid transit, - Local bus, - Downtown circulators, - Transit priority treatments, - Enhanced transit transfer locations, - Bicycling facilities - Pedestrian facilities, and - Parking
