Document Description
The multi-phase Project consists of design and construction of a 13.13 acre expansion to Leroy Jackson Park, a community park facility located in the City of Ridgecrest. the design of this Project has been completed as Phase I by the General Services/Construction Services Division of the County of Kern. Phase II will be CDBG funded and comprised of Activities ~17.08.1 and #17.09.1 with proposed improvements consisting of: installation of a water line tie-in to the existing Indian Wells Valley Water District; grading; soil preparation and amendment; turf grass and landscaping including an automatic irrigation system and backflow device; a picnic shelter with table and benches; BBQ; monument sign; and paved parking (32 spaces).
