Document Description
The proposed lift station will be constructed in a LCSD easement within the road right-of-way (ROW) in Florine Avenue. Force main pipelines will be construct in JCSD easements within Riverside County road ROW in 34th Street and Florine Avenue. Gravity pipelines will be constructed in JCSD easements on property owned by the Las Plumas Lumbar Yard, Florine Avenue, 33rd Street. The lift stations to be demolished are located in Florine Avenue and 33rd Street.
