Document Description
Annexation of the approximately 24 acre site to the City of Santa Barbara. Removal of all existing structures except for a single family residence. Phased development of 120 residential unit in 33 buildings and one 6,700 office/patient services building. With existing residence, total residential development would be 121 units. Total of 222 covered and uncovered parking provided on site. General Plan designation of Residential (5 units/acre) and Zoning designation of SP-9 (Specific Plan) is proposed as part of the annexation to the City of Santa Barbara. A new 36 feet wide cul-de-sac road would be constructed and dedicated to the City. A 20 foot wide emergency road and a 42inch storm drain would be constructed off site.
