Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0272-R5) to the project applicant, City of Calabasas. The project proposes to impact 0.411 acre of waters of the state, including 0.026 acre of temporary impacts to concrete channels, due to grading activities. To mitigate for permanent and temporary impacts resulting from project-related activities, the Permittee shall develop a Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plan (HMMP) to ensure there is a no net loss of wetland. This HMMP shall describe the creation of a bioswale, containing at least a minimum of 0.026 acre of cattails.
