Document Description
The Final EA provides an analysis of the potential environmental impacts associated with the reduced transfer of the Sycuan Property into trust and potential impacts from reduced developments on the Sycuan Property (Tribal Project), which are described more fully in Section 2.0 of this Final EA. The combination of the fee-to-trust transfer of the Sycuan Property and the Tribal Project is the Mitigated Proposed Action analyzed in this Final EA.
