Document Description
NOTE: Review Per Lead The Proposed Action consists of transferring ownership of the Sycuan Property to the US Government to be held in trust for the Tribe, and completing the proposed Tribal Project. Implementation of the Tribal Project would result in a number of changes to the management, administration, and development of the Sycuan Property, including (1) the management of natural and cultural resources pursuant to the comprehensive Tribal Natural and Cultural Resources Management Plant; (2) the construction of permanent facilities for the Tribe's annual Traditional Gathering and Pow Wow event; (3) the construction of a secondary access road for the Reservation; (4) the construction of additional housing for Tribal members; and (5) the construction of other facilities to foster the Tribe's economic development and recreational opportunities.
