Designating the City of Hesperia a Recycling Market Development Zone (RMDV). The RMDZ is a program that allows existing and new businesses within the City to be eligible for exclusive state incentives and programs. The program will run for 10 yrs and is intended for businesses that use waste materials to manufacture new products.
