Document Description
The Imperial Unified School District proposes to subdivide an 18 acre site in order to annex, construct, operate and maintain a new elementary school on 12 gross acres. The proposed project consists of the subdivision and annexation of 11.82 acres of the aforementioned public faciltiy and the subdivision of 4.92 acres of low density residential land uses. The development of the proposed elementary school will accommodate approximately 750 students, 35 teachers and 10 supporting staff.
