Document Description
Site Development Permit to allow for the widening of El Camino Real from an existing 2 lane road to a 4 lane road. The widening of the road would occur on El Camino real between San Dieguito Road and Sea Country Lane. The width of the road from curb to curb would vary between 64 to 78 ft. A City standard curb, gutter and non-contiguos sidewalk would installed on the east side of the street. The west side would remain unchanged with the existing asphalt curb to remain. The project includes a new traffic signal at Sea Country Lane and modifies the existing traffic signal at San Dieguito Road to accommodate the new street section.
