Document Description
Capital Improvement Project (CIP 317) includes the following improvements: (1) Widen existing earthen drainage channel to accommodate 100 yr storm runoff, and revegetate; (2) Construction of 2 lane bridge spanning the widened channel; (3) Construction of a street connection from Grand Avenue to the new bridge, including a traffice signal at the intersection with Grand Avenue; (4) Demolition of 3 existing non-conforming buildings; (5) Rough grading is a 1.4 acre along Grand Avenue for a potential future building pad; and (6) Lot consolidation & minor adjustment of property lines in accordance with the improved drainage & road alignment.
