Caltrans as the Lead CEQA and NEPA agency, has prepared a Supplemental Draft EIR/EIS for the San Diego Freeway (I-405) Improvement Project in Orange and Los Angeles Counties, CA. This recirculation focuses on new traffic information, within the City of Long Beach and Los Angeles County, north of the limits of the proposed freeway capacity enhancement in Orange County. The new traffic information addresses the traffic changes in the Long Beach area along SR-22/7th Street, I-405, and I-605, and at their local interchanges.
