CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2017-0273-R5). This proposed project involves widening I-405 in both directions as described under Alternative 3 in the EIR. The project will result in temporary impacts to 4.87 acre of earthen streambed, 26.92 acres of concrete or riprap streambed, and 0.02 acre of emergent riparian habitat, and permanent impacts to 0.21 acre of earthen streambed and 0.02 acre of emergent riparian habitat.
